File name system

There are different ways to name an electronic file. Some of them are so convenient that even the file creator forgets its name as it was done by the system itself like doc1, etc. Some are temporarily searchable as you know the name or some other mnemonics of the file. But you may forget to recollect it after a long time. Similarly, there can be a mess of the files and overwriting on it, etc. when are files having the same contents but by the different people. 

After facing all these issues for years, a system is developed to assist the proper filing as well as to find the file easily. It is not as defined for the technical archiving but it is for a general user. It is intended primarily as a system to find the details in it without opening the file. It helps in segregating the files to the folder. 

File name_Creator's name_Topic_Sub-topic_DDMMYY

This will help us to identity the file - name (distinguishes the different fields that you are involved like personal, academic, club, etc.), creator (who is the creator of file), topic (on what topic the file is about like wordclass, morphology, etc.), sub-topic (noun, inflection, etc.), and the date of the creation. 

In the sub-topic, one can mention version as v01, v02, etc. like
